Itchy Skin Rashes

If you are an adult you will want to take at least 50MGs. Any kind of numbing spray such as solarcaine which is made for sunburns will also help to temporarily relive itching. You can also try using regular oatmeal and making a bath out of it. This is very effective for relieving itching. The most important thing is to try and get through that period of itching,that is really the hardest part when you are dealing with itchy skin rashes and you must really try hard to keep from scratching yourself raw as you can develop terrible scars in doing so.
